We offer free shiping to any destination

What happens if I’m not 100% happy with my purchase?

If you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 7 days for a complete refund, to the same credit card it was purchased on, less the shipping charges.

What happens if I am out when my delivery arrives?

Our courier service will leave a note explaining how you can contact them to arrange a new time that suits you.

What are the conditions for returning purchases?

Merchandise must be returned in the condition they were delivered in – unused and new. Items must be returned well packed with original packaging and tags intact. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in perfect condition. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost returns. Please remember to ask your post office for proof of postage.

Who pays the delivery cost if I want to return my purchase?

If the product is faulty or incorrectly sent we do. However, under all other circumstances you will be expected to pay delivery costs.

Can I exchange my purchase for a different one?

Yes – we want 100% of our customers to be 100% happy. But, if you choose to do so for purely aesthetic reasons, you will be responsible for the delivery costs. If you would like to make an exchange please contact us at sales@utzonkids.com with the word RETURN or EXCHANGE in the subject line. Please tell us which type of wood and textile you would like. This will ensure that your exchange runs as smoothly and quickly as possible.

What if my purchase arrives damaged?

We thoroughly check all our deliveries before they are dispatched, so this should not happen. But if, for example, they are damaged in transit, you must report any defects or damage within 24 hours of delivery. In this event, please contact us directly at sales@utzonkids.com. We will then organize collection of the damaged chair and replacement.

Do I need to sign for and check deliveries?

Yes – please take a moment to appreciate and carefully check your delivery as soon as it arrives.

How long do refunds take?

Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.

Will you keep my details private?

Yes –  we will never pass on your email address to a third party for marketing purposes.

Will you send me special offers?

Yes – but only if you want. If you do not want to receive offers and promotions by email, you can unsubscribe by emailing us at unsubscribe@utzonkids.com
